Estimated Delivery Time : 

Our goods are made with extreme precision and labor. It takes around 3 weeks to get your order ready depending upon the choice of your purchase. Therefore the time limit varies from one product to another. Nevertheless as an estimate you can expect your goods to reach you within 3 weeks of placing your order. International goods reach within 4 weeks.

Shipping charges:

A charge of Rs.150/- will be applied to all Prepaid orders within India. 

International delivery would be charged as per the location. (Charges are mentioned on the check-out page). 

Delivery charges are non – refundable. 

Cash On Delivery (COD) :

Johri Fine Jewellery’s COD option allows you to pay order value at the time of delivery . 

COD option is available only on selected pincodes.

The maximum order value for COD is Rs. 6,000/- 

For all the Cash-On-Delivery Orders there will be an additional charge of Rs. 150/- for the service. 

Kindly note that Cash On Delivery Option is Unavailable for International Orders.

Secure Packaging : 

Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in zip lock/pouches or butter paper and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery. The packaged products come in attractive Johri Fine Jewellery Box.

Trusted Shipping : 

After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like Delhivery or Blue-dart to ensure we deliver you your jewellery securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx , DHL or United Express.

Happy Unboxing :

Once your order has been shipped we will Whatsapp or e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.

There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase. The price you see on the check-out page, is exactly what you would pay.

Order cut-off times:

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch & deliver all orders within 3 weeks however estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances.
