We have a NO return policy, NO refund or exchange policy.

If you have received a damaged piece, Send us the photo of the item within 24 hours of receiving the parcel on our WhatsApp number +91 7021465157 or email us at johrifinejewellery@gmail.com Any issues related to defect/damages must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the items, else they shall not be entertained. 

CANCELLATION  POLICY

Cancellation of products will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing an order. After 24 hours cancellations will not be accepted, and the product will then come under the terms and conditions of Product Return, exchange and refund Policy.
